Below are my 2023 rates. All sessions with me are simple and all inclusive.

Every session includes my time and your retouched high resolution digital images which you will download from your private online gallery within 2 weeks.

Investing in a photo session is a great way to preserve life’s most important memories. Pictures can be shared, gifted, passed down, or simply hung on the walls of your home.

THE FINE PRINT
When you obtain digital files, you are obtaining personal printing rights only. California law states Photographer retains copyright.

PRINTS + CANVAS GALLERY WRAPS
Professional grade prints can ONLY be guaranteed when purchasing prints from Christie Brown Photography. Obtaining digital files does NOT guarantee print quality from public store labs. If you order prints on your own, please use Mpix.com - beautiful quality.

FAMILY + MATERNITY

Session takes place at the location of your choice and lasts
about 1 hour.
Includes up to 4 people.
$25 per additional person.
Includes 40+ images.

CHILD PORTRAITS

$575 weekDAY 
$625 weekEND
Middle School age and younger. Scroll down to SENIORS for
high school pricing. Session takes place at the location of 
your choice and lasts about 45 min. Includes one child,
$50 for each additional child. I prefer to shoot near sunset,
but for child portraits, a well-shaded area in the morning also works. Includes 25+ images.

NEWBORN - THE FIRST 48 HOURS

Session takes place at any time during your hospital stay and lasts about 1 hour. Our time together will be post-birth with your new baby, captured in a lifestyle, photojournalistic approach IN your hospital room or at home. First snuggles, sibling introduction, grandparents welcome, etc.
Includes 25+ images.

NEWBORN - AT HOME LIFESTYLE

$1000 weekDAY
$1050 weekEND
Session takes place in your home (preferred) or on location, with warm weather permitting. Lasts between
2-3 hours. I approach newborn sessions in a lifestyle (candid) and less posed manner – capturing your baby at home with you, your spouse, siblings, first snuggles, in the nursery, etc. Your session will be 75% lifestyle and 25% posed. Includes 40+ images.

*I also offer high quality glossy card stock newborn announcement cards.
$75 / 25 cards.

FIRST YEAR PLAN

$2,300 (4 sessions: can be paid in installments of $575)
My first year package is the traditional 3, 6, 9, 12 month intervals. I prefer to capture little ones during their major developmental milestones. Not all babies progress at the same time, and it’s important to have a cohesive collection of images that capture all the important things your baby will learn. Each session includes 25+ images.

1. Happy tummy time (typically 3-4 months)
2. Sitting up (6-9 months)
3. Crawling and standing (8-10 months)
4. 1 year (includes a 1st birthday cake smash).

*Bonus: we can ALSO capture some family photos too!

BOOKING YOUR DATE
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of your session fee is due within 48 hours of booking your date (invoiced via Venmo). Your session date will not be confirmed or held until your retainer has been received. The balance of the session fee is due within 48 hours of your session date.

WeekDAY sessions are defined as Monday thru Thursday. If Monday is a holiday, it is a weekend rate. WeekEND sessions are typically on Sundays. I find public locations such as parks, the beach, etc tend to be the least busy on Sunday evenings. Although I do book on Fridays and Saturdays, I find those days to be the most busy. It just depends on the location.

RESCHEDULES + CANCELLATIONS
When you plan your session date, you are setting aside time away from work, school or sports, etc. The same goes for me. Please be mindful IF you decide to reschedule. I too, have set aside time away from my family and our personal schedules for your session date.

-If you reschedule your session, please note that the balance is still due on the originally scheduled date 
-If you reschedule/cancel with less than one week's notice, a fee of $100 will be applicable in addition to your final balance
-All rescheduled dates must be within 2 weeks, otherwise your retainer will be kept, and not transferrable to your balance

PAYMENT
I accept cash, checks or Venmo for final balance payment due on your session date. 9.75% CA sales tax to be added to session fee above.

TRAVEL FEES
All sessions are on-location and outdoors within Santa Clara County or Santa Cruz County. There is an additional $30 per hour travel time fee to locations chosen outside of this zone. Additional fees may apply to locations chosen outside of the Bay Area.

SENIOR PORTRAITS

$700 weekDAY
$750 weekEND
Session takes place at the location of your choice and lasts about 60 min. Teens usually have two outfits for their portraits, one casual and one formal or sports attire. Includes one teen and 30+ images. 

*I also offer high quality glossy card stock 5x7 grad cards to show off your teen's new portraits. If you're interested, please let me know at time of booking so I can bring samples to our session. $75 / 25 cards.

BUSINESS HEADSHOTS

Session takes place at the location of your choice and lasts about 25 min. Includes one adult and 10-15 images.
